Here, embark on a city tour that includes a visit inside the famous Mosque / Cathedral, and the Jewish Quarters. Later, the tour continues to Seville for dinner and overnight accommodations.

Day 2 (Wednesday): Seville
Half pension is included. You will enjoy a morning tour of the city, with stops at the Park of Maria Luisa and Plaza of Spain. See the imposing cathedral, and the Giralda from the outside. Afterwards, you will take a walk through the typical Barrio de Santa Cruz. The afternoon will be free for exploration. Option of extending the visit to go see the Alcazares Reales (Royal Alcazars of Seville).

Day 3 (Thursday): Seville-Ronda-Marbella (B)

In only 5 days, this tour to the South of Spain, will take you to the most important cities and areas of Andalusia. These areas include Cordoba (or Caceres), Seville, and Ronda. You will also see the famous Mediterranean city of Marbella, Granada, and the Castilian historical city of Toledo.

Experience the most important monuments and sights of Andalusia on this 5-day, 4-night excursion. Head from Madrid to Cordoba (or Caceres if you prefer this option), Seville, Ronda, Marbella, Granada, Castile, La Mancha, and Toledo. You will visit very beautiful places and enjoy guided visits in each city. Admire the Great Mosque/Cathedral, the Jewish Quarter, and the Roman Bridge in Cordoba. See Seville's monuments and great Andalusian atmosphere, plus the cozy white towns of the South of Spain, and the famous Mediterranean city of Marbella.

From Marbella, continue inland to Granada, where we will visit the Alhambra. Alhambra is the Andalusian palace city, formed by a group of palaces and gardens, behind a fortified structure, which served as shelter to the monarch as well as the court of the Arab Nazari Kingdom of Granada.

On the way back to Madrid, we will visit the World Heritage Site of Toledo, to admire its extensive cultural, historical, and monumental heritage and unique blend of Christian, Muslim and Jewish cultures.

Itinerary

Day 1 Madrid-Cordoba-Seville

Depart from the VPT Terminal to leave to La Mancha, then to head to Cordoba. The city tour will include a visit inside the famous Mosque / Cathedral,and the Jewish Quarter. Afterwards, you will trek to Seville where you will enjoy dinner and overnight stay.

(This tour has the option of visiting Caceres, instead of Cordoba on Day 1)

Day 2 Seville
In the morning, we will begin with a tour of the city, including the Park of Maria Luisa, Plaza España, the outside the imposing Cathedral, and the Giralda. After a walk through the typical Santa Cruz quarter, you have the rest of the afternoon to spend at your leisure. We recommend to as an option, extend this visit to see the Alcazar.

Day 3 Seville-Ronda-Marbella
Breakfast will be provided prior to our departure to the Route of the Andalusian White Towns and Ronda. You are given free time in this beautiful Andalusian city and afterwards, you will continue to Costa del Sol. Enjoy dinner and overnight stay in Marbella.

Day 4 Marbella - Granada
After breakfast, we will head along the coast to Granada. Upon arrival, visit the impressive monuments at the Alhambra with its beautiful Nazari Palaces, and the gardens of Generalife. Enjoy dinner and overnight. In the evening, you have the option to visit the caves of Sacromonte for the Zambra Flamenco Show.

Day 5 Granada-Toledo-Madrid
Enjoy breakfast, then depart towards the Imperial City of Toledo, to experience its history as the city of the three cultures, where Christians, Jews and Muslims lived in peace and harmony. Departure to Meknes, to visit one of the imperial cities of the seventeenth century, located in the heart of the Middle Atlas and surrounded by 40 kms of walls, the Bab Al Mansour, the most beautiful gate of Morocco, gives entrance to the old town. Continuing to Rabat, the capital of the kingdom and official residence of the King. Day 8: Tangier - Marbella (ferry)

On this 2 hour walking tour you will stroll down through the core of medieval Madrid accompanied by a guide. The winding streets of the Arch of Cutlers will lead you to some of the oldest buildings such as the house and tower of Lujanes where the King Francois I of France was held prisoner. You are offered several options to end the tour, combined with a visit to El Prado Museum, the Royal Palace, a traditional Flamenco show, or with some Spanish delicious tapas.

First, you will visit the “Madrid de los Austrias” (Royal Habsburgs), the Plaza Mayor and cross the Arc of Cutlers, which is one of the nine ports of the Plaza Mayor. You'll continue through the ancient winding streets around, and will head towards the nearby Plaza de la Villa, the core of the medieval Madrid. Here we will admire some of the oldest buildings in Madrid. Such buildings as the Casa de Cisneros, Lujanes, and the Casa de la Villa, which has been the city hall of Madrid up to year 2007.

From the Plaza de la Villa, it's time to continue to walk towards Bailen Street, where you'll see the exterior of the Almudena Cathedral, and its neoclassical architecture. A little further on is the Royal Palace, which you will see from the south and east side, and finally finishing your walk in the Plaza de Oriente, where the statues of the old kings stand. Besides de Royal Palace, we also have the Royal Theater or “Opera”, in Plaza de Oriente.

Now that you're at the end of your tour, you have several options: a visit to El Prado Museum, visiting the Royal Palace, attending a traditional Flamenco show, or with some Spanish delicious tapas for a quick bite.
